Line item Deletion in Network Assigned PO's

Dear All,

I would like to know the way to delete the line items for which account assignment is "N - Network" and this Network/Project has status - CLSD which means closed. GR is also posted for this. Is there any way to mark the line item to deletion without changing the status of Project/Network from Closed?
