I have some queries regarding service PO. In my department there are 41 equipments & due to predefined weekly basis preventive maintenance plan every week 41 Maintenance orders are generated. Each individual order has seperate tasklist, but problem is all thesse tasks from 41 work orders are performed mostly (95%) by 6 external source (6 external contractual farm). These external sources also give service at planned & unplanned corrective maintenance throughout the month. My question is what is the easiest way to to raise service PO for all the above mentioned job?? Is there any way I can raise a each service PO for individuals & tag that PO with related orders/tasks??
