Vendor Evaluation - Information at PO level

Good Afternoon,

I would like to know if in the Vendor Evaluation funcionality, can I get the grades of the Vendor Evaluation at Purchase Order level? I know that's possible to stratify the grades by Info Records, but the most important information of the Evaluation grading for the user is the Purchase Order.
