VAT Registration Number updation in invoice

I am facing an issue in updating invoice of PO.
Invoice is posted from IDOC - Message Type - INVOIC
Issue:
Its not getting updated in the invoice posted.
We have tried to mapp it based on delivery address country.
In the inbound Idoc , VAT Registration Number is populated, but it is not populated in the invoice.
Questions :
1. Which field / segment needs to be mapped in IDOC for this updation.
2. If I manually try to update the invoice with VAT REG No. then I am unable to do so , as it is disabled. Is it because of that .
If yes then how to disable it.

Error accounting for MIRO

Please, I have problem when trying to account for a MIRO, the system displays the following error message "Determination accounts for WIT RF operation not defined in the Chart of Accounts 0050". Unfortunately I am unable to locate the source of the problem.
I checked the account records, the FS00 and KA02 transactions, I found abnormalities in your registration.
Please, someone would know the source of the problem? And how to fix?

we have a query regarding the invoice number in MRRL , our client is giving the delivery note number as invoice number when we are running MRRL
example :- GR 1 delivery note number is 1234 even MRRL is picking invoice number as 1234 this is fine
GR2 delivery note number 4567 in MRRL is picking invoice number as 1234 as previous only actually system should pick as 4567

Condition type not appearing in PO
Dear All,
I have a situation wherein I have the condition record set with a validity period for a particular condition type YE01 valid from 14.06.2015 to 31.12.9999 shown as below. The combination of the condition record is Document type/Vendor/Plant.
Now this particular condition type has a value of 2% which is appearing as 0% into the Purchase order.
can any one let me know the reason and the solution to this?

I would like to know the changes which have been done on Release strategies release code.
For example:- For level 10 release codes earlier the user was having authorization for value Rs-5000/ & then later on some made the changes and the gave the authorization for value Rs-10000/. we would like to see the changes that who made the change and what is the new value added to his role.
I checked the change logs option which is there in Utilities Header level of release strategies. But was unable to find any changes. Even though i have made the changes just for testing.
Is there any way from where we can see the changes.

Error when posting Invoice reversal
Dear Experts,
We have a custom brokerage functionality implemented in our project. Invoice/Invoice reversal is sent from a third party system through XML message, once XML message is processed successfully Invoice is posted.
We have encountered a issue where Invoice reversal is failing with error "Amount does not match for full reversal". We have found the root cause of the issue which is exchange rate difference in different fiscal years.
The Invoice was successfully posted in 2013 and exchange rate maintained in the system during Invoice posting was 59 % between USD and INR. Currently the exchange rate in the system is 64 %. As per my understanding, at the end of a fiscal year the GR IR balances are moved to the provisions account which may be credited in case of reversals in the next fiscal year.
Has anyone come across similar scenario, What can be the possible resolution in this case.

STO Inbound Delivery Error with VL09 : User status PICK is active (HU XXXXX)

Would you please help with this issue ?
For two steps STO , inbound delivery has been created automatically (SPED output type). Then after it was posted.
When I went to VL09 to reverse the posting, I got this error User status PICK is active (HU XXXXX) .
I think since the HU in the inbound delivery are the same than the outbound delivery, the status if HU is picked.
Would you please advise whether there is a solution other than reverse the OD and cancel the picking from the strat.

MIRO posting via LSMW BAPI
Hi,
We are trying to use BAPI via LSMW to post freight invoices. The difference should go to unplanned delivery cost. The freight difference is not available at line item level. It has to go at header level as unplanned delivery cost.
In the BAPI, there is a field available for unplanned delivery cost at item level in accounting data but that can't be used as specified above.
Is there a way to handle this situation?
Also, in MIRO, we can select delivery cost indicator and SAP provides only delivery costs for the PO. Where can that indicator be found in BAPI?

Batch Management and Purchase order
Hello all,
I'm trying to implement the following business scenario in SAP :
* Partner collects lots from a Client
* Batch creation for each lot
* Quality characteristics are entered by the Partner as a Batch data
* Purchase Order
* Reception
The hint is how can we manage Batch classification in a Purchase Oder ? Just after Batch creation in Material Master tab of the PO.
In fact, Characteristics are a criteria to release/reject PO.
I found that we can proceed with this at MIGO Stage, but as classification data/characteristics are important to decide of the PO, it must be managed at Purchasing Order level.
Please do not hesitate if you have another way to handle this.

Project stock Transfer to Subcon Vendor with movement 541 Q
Hi Experts,
I have Activated Business Functions LOG_EAM_ROTSUB, and manage to transfer Project stock Q to subcon R using MIGO with refer to subcon PO with account assignment Q and Item Category L with movement type 541.
Issue:
When I try to transfer Project Stock to subcon without refer to subcon PO, system give error "Movement type 541 Q is not planned. (Entry is not copied over)"
Anyone can advise how to perform movement 541 Q without refer to subcon purchase order?
Error in receipt of partial quantity of delivery of Intra-company STO In two steps
Gentlemen
We are experiencing and issue in good receipt of a delivery in the Intra-company STO In two steps scenario which si described as follows.
- We create the Stock Transport Order (UB) (ME21N) (Example Quantity = 4 units)
- Creating the Delivery (VL10B) and posting the delivery.
- Goods Receipt (A01 Goods Receipt - R05 Outbound Delivery) for the Delivery. Received partial quantity (Example Quantity = 2 units, so 2 units remained).}
- Goods Receipt (A01 Goods Receipt - R05 Outbound Delivery) for the remaining quantity 82 units), however the systems displays the total requested quantity
This behavior is avoided if instead MIGO is used MB0A, however this transaction is considered obsolete (Message M7 499 Transaction MB0A is obsolete (SAP Note 1804812))
Please you indications about this issue, is caused by lack of customizing or procedure failure?

Service item is missing after save PO
HI Gurus,
We met a strange issue.
When convert service PR to PO, service item is OK, same as in PR, but after save, in display ME23N or change ME22N, service item is missing. Seems it is not saved.

Display after save.
I believe it maybe caused by enhancement. Could you please suggest how to find the root cause?
For example, how to debug the program, in which program the service item is saved?

Expense account and GR/IR account both gets debited
Dear All,
We are having the scenario that when the invoice transfers from SRM system to SAP ERP, sometime the system creates additional two debit line items, which means
Vendor A/c Cr xxxxxx
GR/IR A/c Dr xxxxxx
Expense A/c Dr xxxxxx
(Technically there won't be an issue at all for the accounting side, but creates additional workload to the user to reconcile)
This issue raises when the service entry is having multiple line items with different G/L accounts and similar cost account assignments for all line items (like cost centre).
Other case, similar G/L accounts with similar multiple cost account assignments (like different WBS) for all line items in the services.
The above both cases, the system is behaving such a way. We have activated the price tolerance message which means that 0.00 - M8 082.
We would like to get the postings only to Vendor and GR/IR Account (multiple line items) only.
How to overcome this issue?

I checked in the forum. It is having some several posts like.
1)I Checked user profile and i need to delete the parameter f00. In my user profile there is no parameter
2)There is no Customization or coding.The error is triggering from standard.
3)In debug mode i was checked it. kdauf is the field it is doing some validation. What type of validation i dont know.
4)Values i am selected from the F4 help i am not giving manually. What i entered sales order values are i can able to open at Va03, I don't have any doubt
Note: Same type of problem we were faced in Va03 for displaying the sales orders. After that vbeln domain is having some fixed values because of
that reason we are not able to fetch the records at Va03. So we delete the fixed values at vbeln domain . Then Va03 is displaying correctly. Previously also we are having two issues. At me21 and Va03 problem, After remove the values at va03 . Va03 problem has been solved but Still we struck at me21. Can any body tell me What is the exact problem. I don't this any technical issue. Because i checked it. Where it is triggering. But i am not able to imagine now on what reasons this type of error is triggering. If u have any suggestions please inform me.

This error comes up with some vendors while for some I can succerssfully maintain multiple email addresses. I've been trying to find a diffrentiating configuration setting between these vendors, but so far have not been able to.

Total PO Value for a Year - Vendor and Company Code
Hi Team,
I need some help with Summarised PO data. I need to create a Function module (Remote Enabled -RFC) to fetch PO value for a vendor & material combination for last 12 months and PO value for a company code assigned to that Vendor for last one year. I am aware of MC$4 report which give PO total at vendor level (with material drill down) but as this is a report which is not of much use directly other than debugging and extracting the logic to put in my FM.
I can see that MC$4 used S012 table and do collating, but I am still not able to get anything on how to determine PO value for a Company Code for last year. So my queries are:
1. Is using S012 for PO value for Vendor/Material is the correct approach?
2. How to get PO summarise data for a company Code for last 1 year?

Release code column in purchase requisition list display- ME5A ?
Hello Experts,
Is there any standard report like ME5A to view the release steps/levels for PR for list of PR in single screen.
The columns release indicators, release status are not helpful in this case as they do not show with whom the PR is currently pending for Release.
summing up the requirement: i want a list of Purchase requisitions with the current Release steps(i.e. with whom it is pending/with which level it is pending with). The normal way of checking each PR for the buyer is quite cumbersome.
Is a customized report required in this case ? Also suggest any BAPI if can be used
I searched on SCN MM space but could not find relevant/correct answers. People are not sharing the answers - once they find the solution !!!!
